My Password doesn't seem to work?

The password is cAsE Sensitive so you may have to adjust for that.

The password should not have any spaces between words, nor punctuation or any other special characters

If your password still does not work, please contact us as we are glad to help.

I don't have a Password?

If you do not have an event password, please contact us with your event name and we'll be glad to help.

I have a Password and have Logged-in but still can't see the images?

Since there are so many images to show you, sometimes your browser will not display the images properly. You should be able to quit the browser, re-start the browser, log-in again and be set. If you continue to have a problem please contact us with your event name and we'll be glad to help.

How do I view the Photographs for a Session or Activity?

The event may have multiple sessions or activities, if so, you will be presented with a list of sessions or activities to choose from

Click on one of the session's photographs or title to view the proof sheet(s) for that session or activity

Click on the "Previous" or "Next" button to go to the corresponding proof sheet

Click on the "Back to event page" to go back to the Session or Activity selection page

How do I view Photograph Details?

From the proof sheet page, click on a thumbnail to view a larger version of the photograph

If you do not wish to order this photograph, you may use the "Previous" or "Next" buttons to see the detail page for the corresponding photograph

You may also go back to the proof sheet/activity page or the session/activity selection page

How do I Order a Photograph?

At the bottom of the photograph detail page, (you may need to scroll down to see it) fill in the quantity for each print size you wish to order

If you only want to order a CD, w/o any prints, leave all quantities at 0

Click the "Add" button

What is in My Shopping Cart?

To view items in your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon at the lower left of the site navigation

You may update quantities by modifying the quantities and clicking on the update icon

You may delete the photograph from the shopping cart by clicking on the delete icon

To go back to the proof sheet, click on "Continue Shopping"

How do I Place My Order?

To place your order, click on the checkout cart icon at the lower left of the site navigation

Fill in the requested information and submit your order

Is my Credit Card Information Secure?

Yes, the checkout is secured by SSL encryption, to verify, click on the GeoTrust Smart Icon at the bottom left
