We Create Memories

MEP is a group of professional photographers who specialize in digital imaging of your special events.

We do this in a unique way that adds value to your incentive travel or awards program.

Images are captured with professional digital imaging equipment and uploaded to our website A special, password secure, section is created on our web site for your program and each of your guests will be given the code for the site. Upon logging on, they will be able to view all of the photographs from your event. In some cases, (depending on the technology available) they will be able to do this in real time right from their hotel room!

Guests will be able to order prints online, with the cost either sponsored by the organizer or at their own cost. No longer will program organizers be concerned with the distribution of photographs.

In addition, at your request, we can create CDs of the entire event, custom CDs, framed enlargements, traditional albums and much more. And it is all available online. There is no administration burden placed on the organizer, we take care of it all.

Further, we can produce on-site slide shows, either on a daily basis, as a walk-in module to meetings, or as a grand finale slide show at your gala evening event.

On-site printing is available should you desire photographs to be used as room gifts for your guests.

And... can get the frames, albums or folders for you, customized if you desire.
